Our Results
WattsUp Cycling is a results-oriented program. We want to see our athletes improve their cycling fitness. The program monitors athletes' progress via the following:
- lactate based performance testing every four months
- time trials performed bi-monthly through the early half of the season (ie, January to July)
As a result, athletes' progress, or just as importantly a lack thereof, can be monitored...and changes can be made accordingly.

WattsUp athletes can monitor their fitness changes over time. All lactate tests and time trials are recorded in our database, and our athletes can call up their results at any time to monitor how they are doing.
